Last updated: June 2026  ·  The SafeServe Group

By using safeservekitchen.com or the SafeServe Kitchen app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or app.

1. About us

SafeServe Kitchen is operated by The SafeServe Group, a UK-based business. Contact: contact@safeservesolutions.co.uk

2. Use of the website and app

You may use this website and app for lawful purposes only. You must not:

3. Waitlist and early access

By joining the waitlist you are expressing interest in SafeServe Kitchen. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract or guarantee early access, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to change features, pricing, or availability at any time before launch.

4. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current, or error-free. SafeServe Kitchen is a compliance support tool - it does not replace professional food safety advice, and you remain responsible for meeting all legal food hygiene obligations under UK law.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in the app - including text, graphics, logos, and software - is owned by The SafeServe Group or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not copy or use it without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The SafeServe Group is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on this website or app. We are not responsible for the outcome of any EHO inspection or food safety audit.

7. Third-party links

This site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. SafeServe First Aid, Calendly). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Food safety records and data retention

SafeServe Kitchen is a food safety compliance tool and the records you enter into it (temperature logs, checklist completions, cooking records, illness exclusions, HACCP plans, calibration records, and all other compliance data) constitute legal food safety records under UK law.

Under the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006, food businesses are required to keep food safety records for a minimum of 7 years. By entering records into SafeServe Kitchen, you acknowledge that these records will be retained for a minimum of 7 years regardless of account status or closure, in order to satisfy this legal requirement.

When you close your account, your access is deactivated but your food safety records are retained for the required 7-year period. You remain responsible for ensuring that the records you enter are accurate and complete. SafeServe Kitchen is a compliance support tool — it does not replace your legal obligations as a food business operator.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the site or app constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
